Car 27 – 2005 Ford Mustang GT Coupe
This Mustang was imported from Missouri, where it was originally owned by a serviceman, who then decided to sell it here when he moved back to the states.
We have owned the car for over two and half years now after years of searching and finally purchasing this particular one.
This Mustang has been around quite a bit and is fairly well known in the area (probably because you can hear it coming before you even see it!). It was displayed at the AutoSport International Performance Car Show at the NEC for 2 years in a row and it has also been involved in a number of charity days; At the Bruntingthorpe race circuit in Leicester every August, the Mustang takes part in giving charity rides to passengers for £5 at high speeds around the track. All proceeds go straight to the chosen charity for that year. We are part of a fantastic car club called AutoAdrenalin and as a collective we raised just over £1100 for Orchid Male Cancer in 2015. The day as a whole raised in the region of £350,000!
This car has been very popular amongst wedding couples, helped by the fact it is white and comes very well presented at every wedding day. There are a few upgrades on this Mustang, one of which includes Ford Racing Performance Parts Hot Rod Cams. These camshafts make the engine sound and feel like a 1960’s muscle car giving you all that more experience on the day. With a few Roush parts to the exterior, this Mustang is given its distinguishing looks and great ride.
Inside the Mustang you can connect your phone, USB or CD to listen to your chosen music on the way to the venue, the car stereo also comes with a remote so you can control your tunes from the back seats!
