Q – Are all the vehicles owned by Ford Mustang Wedding?

A – Initially www.fordmustangwedding.co.uk was started with just our own Mustang (Car number 1), but as demand increased we built up a network of trusted vehicle owners with only the best examples of cars and with their own wedding experience that over the years have joined our fleet.

Q – How often do people book a Mustang for their wedding?

A – It seems that people are looking for wedding cars with a difference these days with 'traditional' wedding vehicles becoming less popular. This is great news for us! Typically we receive around 1,500 enquiries per year! The summer months are particularly busy for bookings so please book early!

Q – Are your Mustangs available for self-drive?

A – Sorry, but non of our cars are available for Self Drive.

Q – How many passengers can you fit in a Mustang?

A – Most vehicles can accommodate 3 Passengers; two in the rear, and an additional passenger in the front.

Q – Will I fit in the back with my wedding dress?

A – The newer Mustangs have more room in the rear than older models and should cause no problems. The convertibles are easier to get in and out of with the roof down. With the older model Mustangs you should have no problems with a smaller/closer fitting dress. If you do have a larger dress with train then you may wish to give this issue further consideration, but you can always email us a query to hello@fordmustangwedding.co.uk if you require more info on this.

Q – Can we view the Mustang(s) before the wedding?

A – Yes this is possible, please get in touch for further details.

Q – Can I hire a Mustang for a prom arrival/school leavers party?

A – No unfortunately we do no provide cars for these type of events.

Q – What will the driver wear?

A – All our drivers are required to be smartly dressed (dark suit) with several having a full chauffeur outfit.

Q – Are you a member of a club or association?

A – Yes, we are a long-term member of the Mustang Owners Club of Great Britain, as are most of our car owners.

Q – What happens if you are late or break down?

A – For longer journeys the risk of delay does increase however we always try and provide ample time to get to the pick up location. In the case of a breakdown we will attempt to secure another Mustang. Although the likelihood of breakdown is low, we would recommend to all our customers that they nominate a friend or guest at the wedding to be on standby with their car. If this does occur we provide a full refund.  Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

Q – How can I book a car?

A – You can see details of all the cars on the ‘Our Cars’ page, once you click on a vehicle you are able to enquire. You can also add a note on the enquiries form about any additional cars you may be interested in.

Q – How much is the deposit? 

A – To book a car a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due a minimum 4 weeks before the wedding and is paid directly to the car owner. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

Q – What will I have as confirmation of my booking?

A – Once a deposit has been received, you will be sent a booking confirmation via email. This has all your details for the day for you to confirm, it also has the car owners contact details should you need or want to speak to them before your big day! A copy of the booking confirmation is also sent to the owner, so they in-turn have all of your contact details too.
